​As an assistant director/head lifeguard I am in charge of supervising other lifeguards and swim instructors. I also create the weekly schedules for lifeguards. I help to make sure the chemicals in the pools are checked and managed properly. As lifeguards rotate I make sure that each rotation runs smoothly and report in to my supervisor when my problems arise out of my hands. Be sure swim instructors match well with their students in order to allow for proper swim instructions. I am in charge of writing incident reports as needed and contacting the proper supervisor that it can be properly filed.

Sales Associate

Bed Bath & Beyond

​As a sales associate I interact with customers to accommodate their needs. For example ordering products for when the store it out of stock. As well as working with couples purchasing items for bridal couples that need to be shipped to other parts of the country. Stocking shelves and creating displays to help promote sales. I also work the register to make more sales.

 

Events Management

August 2013- May 2014

 

Working in events management involved setting up for different events on campus.  I would work with incoming organizations to make sure that the event space was set correctly.  If there was any extra equipment needed we would make sure it was brought to the client.  

 

 

Swim Coach

​Upper Merion Aquatic Club (Minnows)

December 2009-2012

 

Worked seasonal as a coach for the youngest age group (minnows) of the Upper Merion Marlins. Taught them discipline in their strokes and about being a part of a team. Worked with different ages of this group to teach them how each stroke is performed.  Helped them to practice until they reached enough potential to move up to the next age group and full team.
